Official Sponsor: the Somerville Jesus Ball Goes Sustainable
Bramble Energy is the official sponsor of the Somerville-Jesus Ball at Oxford University this year. The ball is held every three years and this year they are passionate about making the event as sustainable as possible. From meat-free food offerings for everything, proper food waste and recycling services, which will be incorporated into the clean up after the event to donating to The Green Belt Movement. Attendees are also being encouraged to rent their outfits from the event partner, Rathsbone Tailors instead of buying new.
At Bramble Energy, we always want to work with like minded individuals and events that believe in changing the world for the better and can see the value that clean tech can have in the fight against climate change. As a university spin out, we also know the important role institutions play in the development of new and innovative business ideas as well as producing seriously talented individuals who are ready to shake up the workforce with different points of view and ways of working.
