Bramble energy is delighted to announce the appointment of Jérôme Schmitt as a Non Executive Board Member.

Jérôme has 30 years of global experience across finance, sustainability and innovation in the energy space, leading engagement and action and promoting an integrated approach to value creation. Between 2019-2021, he held the role of Senior Vice President, Merger & Acquistion at Total Energies whilst also heading up the O&G Climate Initiative executive committee, the CEO lead initiative he contributed to launch.

From 2016 to 2019 he developed TotalEnergies newly created Carbon Neutral Businesses Division, within the Gas Renewable and Power Branch as Senior Vice President Carbon Neutral Businesses, including its EE, NBS and CO2 new business units.

Jerome said “Bringing to maturity, commerciality and scale the Green H2 economy will be key to a timely energy transition. Bramble Energy is uniquely positioned to contribute to it all along its main value chains thanks to its very innovative technology and processes. I feel privileged to join Bramble’s board and accompany Tom and his team on their incredible journey.”
